We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for all guests and clients. This key role is responsible for maintaining smooth office operations and providing the exceptional customer service that we are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage the telephone system, answering incoming calls promptly, screening, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails, and text messages.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments or bookings.
- Process financial transactions, such as collecting payments.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Multi/Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
